What you will do: 
  • Provide customer support to international customers via phone, email, and chat,
  • Deliver client products, such as analytics and YouTube services, to customers,
  • Collaborate with account managers to deliver efficient and timely service to multiple clients,
  • Work with business development team to expand services and acquire new clients,
  • Develop and implement risk and mitigation plans with project stakeholders,
  • Report performance status and escalate issues to manager as needed,
  • Design and develop web pages for clients within agreed timelines,
  • Design marketing materials and presentations following brand guidelines,
  • Provide information and education to customers, updating trackers and tools as needed,
  • Share knowledge with team members through sessions and participate in organizational activities,
Skills & Experience:
  • University Degree must have  
  • Fluency in English and native Spanish 
  • Good Verbal & Written Communication 
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel)
Good to have:
  • Experience in End Business Domains and Online/Digital Marketing
