As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project intake list for one of our largest stakeholders, the Business Enablement team. Key responsibilities of this role include triaging and assigning projects based on priority, providing ongoing communication to Service teams and Program Managers and ensuring that on-demand courses launch on time, and to the acceptable level of quality based on our team standards.  

• Track project progress using management software, covering scoping, scheduling, resourcing, risk assessment, and weekly status updates to stakeholders.
• Generate weekly reports to monitor key department metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project issues for timely delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external vendors for learning programs.
• Manage multiple projects via a ticket-based request system.
• Communicate timeline changes to affected Program Managers.
• Triage and prioritize resource allocation for reported bugs.
• Ensure project deliverables are met and drive projects to completion.
• Optimize resource utilization and report on resourcing needs.

• Bachelors degree must have.
• Knowledge of English Language min C1.
• Ability to work in non – standard working hours.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects within a large company.
• Understanding of visual design tools and awareness of the effort required for developing digital media assets, including documentation and videos.
• Strong teamwork skills in a diverse group of technical and non-technical members.
• Experience in managing technical vendor teams.

• Video Editing and Instructional Design experience.
• Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools.
• ADDIE model.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
