  • New joiners accommodation — stakeholders notification, raising on-boarding requests, providing guidance on new joiners questions
  • Invoices processing
  • Expense requests processing
  • Travel planning and coordination
  • Hiring pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Time tracking and absence requests coordination
  • Ad-hoc reports development
  • Team events, workshops and client visits organization
  • Management meetings organization, meeting minutes and actions tracking
  • Org charts creation
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in administrative / personal assistant role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach and flexible attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence would be a plus
